What we collect

• Your mobile / WhatsApp number
• Your email address, if you give us one
• Your pickup or drop-off details
• Passenger and luggage counts
• Your flight number, for airport transfers only
• Your booking and payment references

Why we collect it

Only to arrange and deliver your transfer, to contact you about it, and to keep a record of the payment. We do not use it for marketing.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for identity documents, passport numbers or dates of birth. We never see or store your card details — those go directly to our payment provider.

Who else processes it

• Yoco — processes your card payment. They receive the amount and your booking reference.
• Our hosting and database providers — store the booking so we can deliver it.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once we no longer need it for your transfer or for our legal records.
