Cancellations
Payment confirms your booking. Cancellations may be subject to a reasonable cancellation fee depending on the notice provided and the circumstances. Your applicable cancellation amount will be confirmed when you cancel.
What is included
A private vehicle with a professional driver for the whole journey. The price shown is for the vehicle, not per passenger. Each passenger may bring one medium suitcase.
Pickup and drop-off
Door to door, at the address you give us when booking. Please be ready at the booked time.
Payment
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and verified by our payment provider. Until then the slot is held for a short period only.
