Cancellations
Payment confirms your booking. Cancellations may be subject to a reasonable cancellation fee depending on the notice provided and the circumstances. Your applicable cancellation amount will be confirmed when you cancel.
What is included
A private vehicle with a professional driver for the whole journey. The price shown is for the vehicle, not per passenger. Each passenger’s luggage must fit safely. Tell us the number of large bags and contact Adrie about extra luggage or special arrangements before paying.
Pickup and drop-off
Door to door, at the address you give us when booking. Please be ready at the booked time.
Payment
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and verified, or available account credit covers the full total. Until then the slot is held for a short period only.
Prepaid shopping
Your checkout total includes the service fee and your approved shopping budget. Purchases must stay within that budget. After delivery and the final receipt, choose to keep unspent money as account credit or request a refund through Yoco. Refunds go to the original payment, up to the amount paid through Yoco; any remaining change returns as account credit. Adrie processes refund requests from her dashboard.
